The Internet Society Ghana Chapter (ISOC Ghana) is organizing an outreach event at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology (KNUST), Kumasi to discuss Ghana’s walk towards the Information Society, capacity building for innovation in the Information Society and, the evolving Internet Ecosystem and Internet Governance in Ghana.
A caucus of the Chapter at KNUST will be launched during the event.
The keynote Speakers at the meeting will be Prof. Nii Narku Quaynor, first African to be inducted into the Internet hall of Fame and Chair of ISOC Ghana Board of Trustees. Other speakers are Dr. Abdulai Mohamed-Sani, CITO UPSA and Vice chair to ISOC Ghana’s Board of Trustee and Eric Akumiah, consultant to the National IT Agency and President of the chapter.
