It spreads content in two format:
The email delivery works in form of subscription. After you claim your blog on feedburner, you will be able to create a subscription box for your blog readers to subscribe so that they can recieve any of your latest articles directly to their inbox even when they are offline and that can even lead to increase in traffic.
RSS stand Really Simple Syndication.it is used to deliver content to the Online Readers like Netvibes,Google Reader etc..
Now Lets get started…..
STEP 1: Go to Feedburner.com and log into your Google account, if you’re not already logged in. (And if you don’t have one, create one)
STEP 2: Enter your blog url e.g http://olamosh.net or http://cedisarena.blogspot.com (Check picture below)
STEP 3: In the next page Enter the title for feed (For Example: ICT Catalogue) then enter the unique slug.This slug is very important this will be use with your feed address like this “http://feeds.feedburner.com/slug” (For Example: http://feeds.feedburner.com/ictcatalogue).So choose it uniquely.You are not allowed to have two similar feedburner slugs so you have to choose the unique one.
STEP 4: Next, confirm your feed by clicking on the appropriate link. Click the one with RSS not ATOM
STEP 5: Then click next and your blog feed is successfully activated.Your RSS feed will be live at http://feeds.feedburner.com/yourslug.
